What to Expect

Each session includes nine regular games followed by a final blackout game. Players may also participate in the optional Hot Ball game for an additional $1 per bingo night. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Non-members are welcome to play. However, non-members may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages from the canteen.

General Bingo Rules

  1. 1

    All bingo purchases are cash only. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.

  2. 2

    No one under the age of 18 may play Bar Bingo under Indiana gaming rules. This includes touching cards or assisting a player.

  3. 3

    Liquid daubers must be used to mark cards. Pens and pencils are not permitted.

  4. 4

    No card sales will be made after the first number for a game has been called.

  5. 5

    A player must call “Bingo” on the last number called. The last number remains valid until the letter of the next ball is announced.

  6. 6

    Once the operator has closed a game, no additional bingos will be honored for that game.

  7. 7

    When bingo is called, the operator will verify the winning card using the serial number printed on it.

  8. 8

    When there are multiple valid winners, the prize will be divided equally among them.

  9. 9

    There is no limit to the number of sheets a player may purchase and play during a session. However, the operator will maintain a steady pace, and games will not be delayed for individual players.

  10. 10

    Bingo sheets must be used for the game for which they were purchased. They may not be saved for future games and must be surrendered after each round.

  11. 11

    The bingo operator’s decision is final.

Players may purchase entry into the optional Hot Ball game. The selected Hot Ball must be the final called number that completes a verified bingo.

Eligibility and Pot

    Eligibility: Hot Ball costs $1 per bingo night. A player must purchase entry to participate.

    Hot Ball Pot: All Hot Ball buy-ins are placed into the Hot Ball pot. The pot uses the same 70/30 split as the regular bingo games, with 70% paid to the winning player or players and 30% retained by Victory Post 70.
  3. 3
    Hot Ball Selection: One Hot Ball is randomly drawn each bingo night and announced before the first game’s first ball is drawn.

    How to Win: The Hot Ball must be the final called number that completes the player’s bingo. The first verified bingo on that call qualifies.
  2. 5
    Multiple Winners: If multiple players bingo on the same Hot Ball call, the Hot Ball payout is divided equally. The maximum Hot Ball payout is $500.
  3. 6
    Qualifying Games: Hot Ball applies only to regular bingo games. It does not apply to the final coverall or blackout game.
